Vinvolved Youth Volunteering (16-25 year old)

Vinvolved is England’s biggest ever youth action programme, aimed at 16-25 year olds. Within the borough of Rochdale the project aims to:-

Involve young people as an integral part of the national programme
Develop a strong youth volunteering infrastructure through the creation of higher quality and better quantity of youth specific volunteering opportunities within the borough
Promote and market youth volunteering to young people
Directly deliver youth volunteering opportunities to hard to reach young people
Maximise youth volunteering and ensure it has a measurable impact on community life – through young people’s civic engagement

Volunteers are urgently needed in the Middleton Area

Volunteers are needed to help in Charity Shops in Middleton and Rochdale on Saturdays between the hours of 9am – 12pm and 12pm – 4pm.
Volunteers are provided with the opportunity to complete an NVQ Levels 1 or 2 in Retail and/or Management. Experience is not essential but an advantage.

Volunteers need to help in Middleton Shop
Saturday helpers are needed for their back room and shop floor between the hours of 9:30am to 1pm and 1pm to 4pm.
Monday helpers are needed for back room sorters between the hours of and 9:30am to 1pm and 1pm to 4:30pm.
Plus ad-hoc volunteers are very welcome at any time.

Sports Volunteer
Are you aged between 16 & 25 with a friendly, outgoing, energetic, with a keen interest in sports and outdoor pursuits, are you?
If so why not become a sports volunteer? We will try to find you a position within the sport of your choice; Football, cricket, gymnastics etc and training will be provided if you’re a beginner, you can also train towards qualifications, all you have to do is get in touch.
