Benefits of becoming a member

CVS Rochdale provides a strong voice for the local Voluntary and Community Sector: liaising with various grant makers over grant programmes, negotiating and upholding the local Compact, representing Local Voluntary Organisations in the Rochdale Borough, and sitting on the VCSP that oversees the Local Strategic Plan for Rochdale Borough.

Over 250 local voluntary groups are already members of CVS Rochdale. Member organisations gain access to a comprehensive range of support and discounted access to all CVS Rochdale services. All members receive:

• Free copy of  CVS Rochdale Newsletter, Blueprint;

The process of becoming a member

Once you have filled in the registration form a notification will be sent to a Development Officer.  You will then be given temporary access to the site.  A Development Officer will look through your form and contact you to make sure we have the right information. When we have all of the relevant information we will put forward your membership to our Board at their next meeting.
